BOH Dental currently employs thirty full-time and part-time staff. Our staff members are highly energetic and team-oriented. They have been chosen for their personal and professional commitment to the provision of oral health care services. People from all walks of life and many nationalities are recruited on criteria including their expert skills and ability to offer genuine expertise in this progressive work place.
BOH Dental is committed to the development of professional and personal skill levels for all employees. Our workplace culture is based on very traditional values of treating others with trust and respect. At BOH Dental we support ongoing education and see both onsite and offsite training as a critical process in career development. We have several programs to fund work-related training.

 

New BOH employees are all paid at or above award levels until completion of their three month probation, after which specific workplace agreements and above award salaries are negotiated and formalised. At BOH Dental we recognise the benefits of highly trained, highly skilled and motivated people, and we strive to provide a workplace that encourages our team to stay for the long term.
